QMyTurn is a patient queue system for medical clinics. Patients take their place in your queue from their phone, so they don't have to sit in the waiting room to hold it, and they can follow their place in line live. Your clinic also shows up on the QMyTurn map, where people nearby can see it and how long its queue is. It runs in a web browser alongside your existing scheduling system. It doesn't replace your EMR or connect to it.
A crowded waiting room is stressful for patients and for your staff. With QMyTurn, patients can hold their place from the car, at home or while running an errand. There's also an optional setting called Smooth Flow: while a patient holds a ticket, the app reports roughly how far away they are, and if they aren't getting closer, QMyTurn can move the queue along for you.
