For wedding planners

Every wedding guest, checked in by name.

Send each guest a personal invitation by text, give them an entry pass on their phone, and let your door team check everyone in. The ceremony, the reception and the after-party run under one wedding, each with its own address and guest list.

How it works for a wedding

  1. Set up the wedding once. Create the wedding, then add each event: the ceremony, the reception, the after-party. Each has its own address, times, guest list and door team.
  2. Add the guests. Upload your list or add people one by one: name, mobile number and how many people each invitation admits, so plus-ones are covered. Mark family and special guests as VIP or VVIP. Photographers, vendors and staff go on the same list.
  3. Guests accept on their phone. Each guest gets a single-use invitation by text, accepts it in the free QMyTurn app, and only then sees the address and their pass.
  4. Your door team checks people in. Each person at the door signs in with their own login and scans the pass. They see the guest’s name and how many are with them, and you see arrivals live.

What your couples get

A guest list that stays private, a door that stays calm, and a record of who came.

No gate-crashers

A pass only works on the invited guest’s own phone, after Face ID or fingerprint. A photo or screenshot of it is refused.

Plus-ones, handled

Each invitation says how many people it admits. The door team records how many actually came in.

A private address

The venue address is shown only to invited guests who accept, never on a public page or the invitation link.

Family in gold

VVIP guests get a gold card with a crown and VIP guests a bronze and silver one, so the door team knows who to look after.

Announcements to every phone

Shuttle times, a change of room, last call: post a message and it appears on every guest’s card.

Valet and parking

Ask guests for their licence plate, make, model and colour, and the door team sees them when the pass is scanned.

Stepping out and back

Let guests leave and come back with an exit scan, or make each pass good for one entry.

Exceptions, on the record

A guest without a smartphone or an extra person at the door: you can admit them from your console, and it is logged.

Privacy by design. No photos of guests are taken or stored, and guests see exactly what is collected before they accept. After the wedding you can download the arrival report. All event data is deleted 30 days after the event.
