For wedding planners
Send each guest a personal invitation by text, give them an entry pass on their phone, and let your door team check everyone in. The ceremony, the reception and the after-party run under one wedding, each with its own address and guest list.
Request a quoteA guest list that stays private, a door that stays calm, and a record of who came.
A pass only works on the invited guest’s own phone, after Face ID or fingerprint. A photo or screenshot of it is refused.
Each invitation says how many people it admits. The door team records how many actually came in.
The venue address is shown only to invited guests who accept, never on a public page or the invitation link.
VVIP guests get a gold card with a crown and VIP guests a bronze and silver one, so the door team knows who to look after.
Shuttle times, a change of room, last call: post a message and it appears on every guest’s card.
Ask guests for their licence plate, make, model and colour, and the door team sees them when the pass is scanned.
Let guests leave and come back with an exit scan, or make each pass good for one entry.
A guest without a smartphone or an extra person at the door: you can admit them from your console, and it is logged.
Tell us about the wedding: the number of events, roughly how many guests and where. We’ll send you a quote. QMyTurn works anywhere in the world, and the app is in English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
