Description of Service

QMyTurn© provides a queue and appointment management platform that allows patients to join a participating clinic's walk-in queue, book appointments, and receive status updates and reminders. QMyTurn© is a scheduling and communication tool only — QMyTurn© is not a healthcare provider, does not practice medicine, and does not guarantee clinic wait times, appointment availability, or the accuracy of information provided by participating clinics.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the QMyTurn© Platform on Your own behalf. By using the QMyTurn© Platform, You represent and warrant that You meet this requirement and that the information You provide (including Your name and phone number) is accurate and belongs to You.

SMS & Text Messaging Terms

When You provide Your mobile phone number to QMyTurn© — whether by creating an app account, joining a clinic's queue, or booking an appointment — You consent to receive text messages (SMS) from QMyTurn© related to that activity. These messages may include:

  • A one-time verification code when You create or verify Your account;
  • Confirmation of a queue ticket or a booked appointment;
  • Your position in a clinic's queue and updates as it changes;
  • Appointment reminders.

Message frequency varies depending on Your activity on the QMyTurn© Platform (for example, how often You join a queue or book an appointment). Message and data rates may apply — check with Your mobile carrier for details.
Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of using any QMyTurn© service where an alternative (such as in-app notifications) is available.
Reply STOP at any time to a QMyTurn© text message to opt out of future SMS messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact Us at qmyturn@outlook.com. Opting out of SMS messages may limit Your ability to receive real-time queue and appointment updates.
QMyTurn©, its carriers, and messaging providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under Your account. Notify Us immediately at qmyturn@outlook.com if You suspect unauthorized use of Your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the QMyTurn© Platform, including by: providing false information; attempting to join a queue or book an appointment on behalf of someone else without their knowledge; interfering with or disrupting the QMyTurn© Platform or its servers; or using the QMyTurn© Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Relationship with Clinics

Clinics using QMyTurn© are independent third parties, not employees or agents of QMyTurn©. QMyTurn© is not responsible for the quality of care, scheduling decisions, or any other actions taken by a clinic or its staff. Any dispute regarding care received at a clinic should be directed to that clinic directly.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The QMyTurn© Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. QMyTurn© does not warrant that the QMyTurn© Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that queue/wait-time estimates will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QMyTurn© shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to Your use of, or inability to use, the QMyTurn© Platform, including damages related to missed appointments or delayed/undelivered messages.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the QMyTurn© Platform. Material changes will be indicated by an updated revision date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the QMyTurn© Platform after a revision becomes effective constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
