High Security events

Every guest screened at every checkpoint, in order.

For government, diplomatic and high-profile private events. Instead of stitching together a ticketing app, a guest list, radios and paper sign-in sheets, one system covers the invitation, the guest’s identity, every gate and door, and the report afterwards.

How screened entry works

  1. Set up your checkpoints. Choose up to three outside gates and three inside doors, name each one, and mark any of them for a photo ID check. Each guard is posted to one checkpoint with their own login.
  2. Invite the guest list. Import the list of guests and staff. Each person gets a single-use invitation by text, accepts it in the free QMyTurn app, and only then sees the private address.
  3. Guests pass every checkpoint in order. At each gate and door a guard scans a fresh code from the guest’s phone. The code is signed by the guest’s own device, opens with Face ID or fingerprint, and changes every 30 seconds.
  4. A skipped checkpoint raises the alarm. Anyone who reaches a checkpoint without passing the one before it is refused. Every guard’s scanner shows the breach at once, and the organizer gets a text with the name, the checkpoint and the times.
  5. Hand over the record. After the event, download a participant report and a security report with every scan, admission, refusal and alert, each with a generation time and an integrity code.

Layered security, documented end to end

Each layer is checked automatically and every result is recorded with the guard, the device and the time.

Gates, then doors

Up to three outside gates and three inside doors form one chain. A guest must pass each checkpoint, in order, with a fresh scan.

Breach alerts in seconds

A skipped checkpoint is refused on the spot, flagged on every guard’s scanner and texted to the organizer with the guest’s details.

A phone can’t carry two people

Each checkpoint can be passed once per entry, and never by more people than passed the one before. A pass handed back out to someone else is refused and flagged.

Photo ID where you need it

Mark any checkpoint for an ID check: the guard compares the name on screen with the guest’s government photo ID and confirms it. No photo or ID number is stored.

Passes bound to the guest’s phone

The entry code is signed by a key in the guest’s phone and opens only with their Face ID or fingerprint. Screenshots and recordings are refused.

Guards accountable by name

Each guard signs in with their own login and works one checkpoint. Guards can’t look guests up, admit anyone without a valid code or override a refusal.

Leaving resets the entry

A guest who leaves, or whose phone moves away before they reach the last checkpoint, starts again at Gate 1. Coming back through a side route is a breach.

Reports for security and authorities

A security report with the complete log of checkpoints, breaches and ID checks, a generation time and an integrity code, ready for your security team or the authorities.

Privacy by design. No photos of guests are taken or stored, ID checks record only the guard’s confirmation, guests see exactly what is collected before they accept, and the event address is never public. All event data is deleted 30 days after the event; download your reports before then.
