Every participant is screened at the door and documented: each carries a personal pass on their phone that opens only with Face ID, your security team scans it, and every entry is logged.

How entry works

You upload the guest list. First name, last name, phone number, guest type (staff, guest, VIP or VVIP) and how many people each invitation admits. Staff go on the same list and enter the same way.
Each guest gets a single-use invitation by text. They install QMyTurn, sign in with the invited phone number and accept. Their pass and the event’s address appear only on that phone, and the event never appears on the public map.
At the door, a guard scans the pass. Each guard signs in with their own login. QMyTurn checks the code, shows the guest’s name and type, and the guard confirms how many people are entering.
You follow it live. See who is inside, send announcements to every guest’s phone and watch, and download the reports when the night is over.

Built so the list can’t be bent

Layered security: the invitation, the guest’s own phone, their face or fingerprint, a code that changes every 30 seconds, and a named guard at the door. Each layer is checked and every result is documented.

A pass that can’t be passed on

The entry code is signed by a key in the guest’s phone, opens only after Face ID or fingerprint, changes every 30 seconds and works once. A photo or screenshot of it is refused.

Guards accountable by name

Every scan, admission, refusal and exit is recorded with the guard, the device and the time. Guards can’t look guests up, admit anyone without a valid pass or override a refusal.

Exceptions only from you

More people than an invitation allows, or someone without a pass: only the organizer can approve it, and the reason goes into the record.

Hidden from everyone else

The event and its address aren’t on the QMyTurn map, in search or on the invitation link. Only invited guests who accept see where it is, on the phone number they were invited on.

Gold and silver guests

VVIP guests get a gold card with a crown, VIP guests bronze and silver with a spade, in the QMyTurn app.

Re-entry your way

Allow guests to step out and come back with an exit scan, or make every pass good for one entry. Phones that leave the area are checked out automatically.

Vehicle details, if you need them

Turn on licence plate, make, model and colour for the event, and guards see them when the pass is scanned.

Reports for you and the authorities

A participant report, and a law-enforcement PDF with the full log, a generation time and an integrity code.

Privacy by design. No photos of guests are taken or stored. Guests see exactly what is collected before they accept. All event data is deleted 30 days after the event; download your reports before then. Guests’ QMyTurn accounts are not affected.
