QMyTurn is cloud-based software as a service (SaaS), so you don't have to buy any expensive systems to run it. The web-based console runs on the computer your front desk already uses.
QMyTurn lets your front desk staff schedule appointments and assign tickets manually. The only difference is that the ticket is assigned digitally, using an easy-to-use console.
It works equally well for family physicians, specialists, dentists, veterinary clinics and urgent care, and for venues such as bars, nightclubs and arenas. For invite-only private events, see VVIP event security.
Clinics and veterinary clinics get a free 30-day trial when they sign up. That's enough time to see how it works for you and how it compares with the way you work today.
Listing your facility puts it on the QMyTurn map, where patients searching for care nearby can see you, your current queue length, and whether you accept walk-ins — so the value is discovery, not just managing an existing rush. Quieter clinics also tend to see the clearest benefit from patients arriving at the right time rather than all at once.
QMyTurn shows your front desk the current queue. Optionally, the same queue can be shown on a large screen in the waiting room. The waiting-room screen is included with the Professional and Enterprise plans.
QMyTurn lets you run reports showing how many patients have used it. Reports are available per physician, so each physician can see their own numbers.
QMyTurn is a queue tool, not a medical-records system, so it doesn't store diagnoses, charts or other medical records. It keeps only what's needed to run the queue: a patient's name, phone number, and ticket or appointment time. That information isn't shared with any third-party data collection or marketing companies.
The QMyTurn app lets patients take a number or book an appointment from the available time slots. Patients can still call in or drop in as usual, and the easy-to-use console lets your front desk check in patients who don't have a smartphone.
The QMyTurn app lets patients in remote areas plan their trip around your current queue. If you take walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis, they can check your live queue and get directions before driving long distances to reach you, then follow their place in line and get a notification when their turn is close.
